Jorma Laiapea
Jorma has a distinguished history of leading and expanding customer service teams and is renowned for his significant contributions at Hilton, Transcom Worldwide, and Wise. At Hilton he was responsible for system operations at multiple international sites. In his role at Transcom, Jorma led operations of substantial Customer Support and Telemarketing teams providing outsourced services to both local and international corporate clients. At Wise he scaled Customer Service and Compliance Operations teams from 5 to 500+ people to support customers all across the globe.
